We just purchased a heater from Williams, installed it just before thanksgiving. There was a problem with the regulator valve such that it would not work. We contacted the local distributor who said they could get us a replacement regulator but it would not arrive for 5 days due to the holiday and weekend etc. I contacted Williams directly and the wonderful folks sent me the replacement part directly and now everything is working properly. I would like to thank Phil and the wonderful folks at Williams for stepping up, doing the right thing and supporting their products.
